Directions
- Rinse and clean the fish and the scallops
- Cut up the monkfish in large cubes
- Put a slice of smoked bacon around each scallop
- Spear the pieces of fish, the scallops, the prawns and the mushrooms on the skewers
- Roll the skewers in some oil
- Grill them
- Tip: spear some slices of courgette or paprika on the skewer to add some colour
