Grilled fish skewer

Ingredients

  • 10 scallops
  • 2 + 1/4 lbs. of monkfish
  • 10 thin slices of smoked bacon
  • 20 large mushrooms
  • 20 prawns
  • 1/4 cup + 3 Tbsp of oil

Directions

  • Rinse and clean the fish and the scallops
  • Cut up the monkfish in large cubes
  • Put a slice of smoked bacon around each scallop
  • Spear the pieces of fish, the scallops, the prawns and the mushrooms on the skewers
  • Roll the skewers in some oil
  • Grill them
  • Tip: spear some slices of courgette or paprika on the skewer to add some colour
