Directions

Cut the chicken in pieces

Season the chicken with salt and pepper

Sauté the pieces of chicken in oil until they turn light brown, remove the frying fat

Peal 1 tomato and cut the tomato into thin slices

Chop the onion

Chop the garlic
-
Fry the onions slightly and add them to the chicken

Add the sliced mushrooms, the chopped up garlic and the white wine
-
Moisturize with the tomato sauce

Stew the chicken until it is done (+/- 15min)

Cook the rice with some chopped onion and herbs

Season the chicken with salt and pepper

Empty the other 4 tomatoes and fill them with the cooked pilaf rice

Put the chicken on a plate and pour some sauce over it

Sprinkle some chopped parsley over each piece of chicken and add a few slices of tomato
-
Put the filled tomatoes in a nice bowl to serve them with the chicken
