Directions
Cut the leek in slices and stew it in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the lemon juice and spice with the Za'atar spice mix. Take everything out of the wok, but keep it warm.
Peal and cut the onions in rings and stew them in two tablespoons of olive oil. Take them out of the wok and keep them warm too.
Heat the rest of the oil in the wok and fry the turkey slices in it.
Add the curry sauce and let stew for about three minutes at medium heat.
Put the leek on the plates and arrange the meat on top of it. Finish with the onion rings and serve really hot.
