Rocket pesto (Oxfam fairtrade recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 3 Tbsp of bio amazone nuts (we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product)
  • 1 package of rocket salad
  • Black bio pepper corns (we recommend you to use the Oxfam Fairtrade product)
  • 1 cup + 1 Tbsp of extra vierge olive oil

Directions

Put all ingredients, except the olive oil, in the blender. Mix them and add the oil gradually, so the pesto can bind.
Pour in small bowls and serve with chips, nachos or bread.

Tip: the pesto tastes also very good with pasta.
